Some motivation for everyone!!

3 months ago I went to the gym for the first time. I barely managed 5 minutes zero resistance on the cross trainer/elliptical, struggled with a 10 minute cycle and exhausted myself with a 5 minute walk on the treadmill.
Fast forward to yesterday and I achieved a personal target I had been aiming for....400 calories in 30 minutes on the cross trainer/elliptical. Whoop!!
I go to the gym for about an hour 5 days a week and so far I have lost around 20lbs, I currently weigh around 222lbs .....this may not sound a lot but its a huge difference as my clothes are now baggy!!
I still have a long way to go but I'm really enjoying seeing my hard work pay off....just keep at it and one day you'll look in the mirror and notice a difference.
