This is a good idea.
Never have the time to measure out a million fixings for a morning sip? Save time by buying the ingredients in bulk, blending your favorite beverage, and then freezing the mixture in muffin tips. Next time you need a shake, stat, toss two or three “smoothie cups” in a blender for a quick and easy breakfast.

This is a great idea! Making smoothies on a daily basis is really time consuming. Have you tried simply thawing them rather than dirtying the blender every day? I have a 25-30 minute morning commute. I wonder how long it would take before they were drinkable?
I have 4 overripe bananas and a container of strawberries I've been trying to decide what to do with. I may have to give this a go. Thanks!0 -
What a great tip, thank you!0
