foods or meals that sneak up on you

Ever have a meal or snack that you eat thinking it's innocious and when you go to log it it knocks your MFP numbers out of the park.
For me, it's Applebees and trisquits.
One day Applebees knocked me out and the every next day trisquits did it. Watch out for Applebees:
.........................................................................................Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar
Applebee's - Lemon Shrimp Fettuccine, 1 meal....1,090............101......... 46......71...........5,100......0
Applebee's - Blackened Sirloin - 4 Oz., 4 oz.............520................35..........30......28...........1,300......0
I still came in under my calories, but instead of coming in under the 2,500 mg of sodium, I had 7,237 mg thanks to that meal.
It looks like the day before peanuts and trisquits put me over in every category.

I had a moment like that when I logged the little tubs of garlic and herb dip from Dominos. 200 calories in one tiny pot! I'd eaten *two* of them. Now, if I'm eating Dominos I can accept I'm not going to be eating low cal, but I didn't expect 400 calories from dip alone.0

Thanks for the heads up regarding Domino's Velum - as a student I get all the discount voucher emailed to me and through my door (or I did before I moved out of student accomodation.) I am partial to a veggie supreme and crust dipping sauce, looks like there won't be any dipping for me now.0
