In need of ideas & motivation

Hi,

I had been doing quite well for about two months and then injured myself badly a few weeks ago. I love to work out but right now it's an absolute 'no go' which resulted in emotional/bad eating habits returning again. If you have any suggestions or ideas on how to keep my hands off food till I'm cleared to do light exercises again that would be great. If you're in need of some support or motivation feel free to add me :)

    Oh no! I hope you heal and recover quickly. You don't say what your injuries are (and I'm not trying to pry) but knowing what you can and can't do might help as far as suggestions we can give.

    If you're just looking for something to keep your hands busy then can you knit or type (as in keeping a journal or starting a blog) or some other kind of craft or hobby? Limit your access to food so that it's not easily accessible. Boredom eating is common so try the "out of sight, out of mind" method if possible.

    Hope you feel better soon, the only thing that keeps me away from these situations is explorinh things that I enjoy like reading or just talking to someone, just another way to keep the monster mind occupied, it harder then said I know it , kind of experiencing it too since hurt my knee few weeks back.
