I have dieting with great success for a year!!! but have hit a rut for 2 weeks, last week I didn't lose any weight even though I cut my calorie intake by 200 and did extra 15mins of cardio a day ..... to no avail. So I decided to have a cheat weekend so I put on a 1.5 kg over the weekend and back to the dieting and exercise on Monday and I haven't even lost the weekend weight as yet..... which has me dreading trying to lose the last 6kg

    There's nothing wrong with your metabolism.

    You don't have much to lose so you should be working to a small deficit so you need accurate logging.

    It's just time, consistency, being accurate with your logging & patience I'm afraid. Think of it as your way of life. Not reaching a goal weight. I find that helps me to not become demoralised.
