Hi. I am 29. I have always been reasonably fit. But since I started working, I totally forgot about fitness. Last week when I went for a trek with friends, I realized how unfit / untrained I felt. Also my hobbies - Chess, Video Games, Painting and Cricket don't allow me to burn too many calories. So I started jogging and using the Xbox Kinect for "Your Shape Fitness Evolved" interactive game. I need to get back to my old weight of 61. 12 Kgs to go. Not sure how long it will take but with some effort, will get to 65 at least if not 61. :)
