I am not sure I understand.......the site allows me 1200 calories a day.....is that just what your body needs each day or can I wear a pedometer and add my daily walking ( I walk alot at my job) to my exercise burned or is that included in my 1200 calories for the day!

the 1200 is a minimum - if you go under that, a message pops up stating that it's unhealthy and you should eat more. i changed mine to 1450, THEN i put in my exercise and eat those calories (if i can - i'm usually pretty full!) the site may have accounted for your walking if you put hat you were really active (exercising 4+ a week).
but either way, i'd suggest eating more. and welcome !!!!0
