Yep...I swear by the thing. It's so much more efficient than dumbells or barbells.0

Hmm, well I was hoping for more feedback when I did my search. I am thinking of buying a Total Gym. OP, what model do you have and what are your thoughts on it so far?0

I started working out again after a 5 year hiatus using a total gym. I was ready to move on after about 60 days.0

I used one during physical therapy. It's a good tool considering a pt clinic would use but a believe stronger individuals will quickly outgrow it (if they haven't from the start)0

If that is you in your profile pic I suspect we have very different goals.
What do you think of this as something for a fairly fit 53 yo woman looking to stay fit as she ages?0 -

Yes that is a pic I took of myself back in June and I do think the total gym would be a fantastic piece of equipment for an aging woman to maintain her fitness levels, and as I understand it, there are several different models now of the Total Gym to choose from.1 -

Yes, I'm finding that out. Many models to choose from at various price levels. Money isn't a huge issue but I certainly want to get the best bargain. I guess I have some research to do.
Thanks for your responses!0
