DAY 03: Sore muscles

DAY 03: Sore muscles! Hello MFP :) It was another GOOD day. Diet game strong and post two of my very controlled meals I went for my Yoga classes where we did SuryaNamaskars, stretching, push ups (though I didn't last more than 15- but being my first time i was still looking around smiling giving myself virtual pats- good girl Noorain) Squats + inside toe crunches Squats + toe touch kicks And a minute (the longest minute ever) plank. After which...I saw the stars.
I treated myself to a mixed fruit bowl and a glass of fresh pomegranate juice.
I'm kinda liking this!!!

    That sounds like a great workout, and fantastic start overall. Well done and keep it up!
