I 'found' the weight I lost...again!

Hi everyone,
This is my third time getting back on a healthier track. I'm much happier, energetic and confident when I eat well and exercise...but I love to eat desserts and share high calorie food and drinks with my foodie 'master chef fan' boyfriend. These days I work long days, most of the week and I'm struggling to motivate myself to exercise. But enough with the excuses!! I need to commit to change again.
