WHat do you do when you gain or

What do you do when you weigh in and show either a gain or no loss at all? I am usually okay with it because I know that you're not going to lose every week and so far I can see the reasons I didn't lose or gained by checking out my food dairy. From there, I might look at my exercise differently and focus on fewer cards and more protein. How about you?

    I just log my weight and continue with my day. I haven't had a gain yet, but I have stayed the same. Our weight is just a snapshot of that moment.

    Continue on as is.

    It's only when I gain/stay the same for 2~3 weeks in a row that I start to get concerned.

    Get out the tape measure, look in the mirror, look at my sodium intake and consider if it maybe water retention from lifting.

    Also not stress about it.
