What do you do when you weigh in and show either a gain or no loss at all? I am usually okay with it because I know that you're not going to lose every week and so far I can see the reasons I didn't lose or gained by checking out my food dairy. From there, I might look at my exercise differently and focus on fewer cards and more protein. How about you?

I just log my weight and continue with my day. I haven't had a gain yet, but I have stayed the same. Our weight is just a snapshot of that moment.0

Continue on as is.
It's only when I gain/stay the same for 2~3 weeks in a row that I start to get concerned.0 -
Get out the tape measure, look in the mirror, look at my sodium intake and consider if it maybe water retention from lifting.
Also not stress about it.0
