Help with low impact exercise *at home*

Hey all!
I'm hoping someone can provide me with ideas for low impact exercises to do from home. I have a toddler and 3 month old so going to a gym is not possible.
I need low impact due to Lupus induced vasculitis (in case someone out here has the same issue)
I swim when I'm at the cabin every weekend but I can't get to the pool when I'm in the city

Can you afford to buy an exercise bike or treadmill? Then you might be able to exercise during your children's naps or after they are in bed.0

Also, putting them both in a double stroller and going for long brisk walks might help.0

Most workout videos can be converted to low impact by keeping at least one foot on the floor.
Some examples:
-- when they hop, you do shallow knee bends.

Yoga, Pilates, and barre.0

Try pilates! Low impact but still really challenging! There are lots of great free youtube videos to follow - for example Blogilates is great!0

Resistance bands are fairly low impact, and they'll help to build strength and keep gained muscle.0
