Motivation is key. You must find some type of motivations. What drives you? Results drive me, witch I continue to get from this fit life style.

    What drives me is keeping my health well into old age. I'm middle aged now, and my bloodwork is perfect, I'm not on any meds, and I don't have any lifestyle related diseases. I lift twice a week (no, not pink barbie weights) run every so often, and walk or bike EVERYWHERE. Feeling good motivates me.
