Calories in smoked pork ribs

I'm going to a BBQ this weekend and smoked ribs are on the menu. I'm trying to work out the possible calories of that meal so I can save room for them. When I look at the database on MFP for ribs it's all over the place and I'm wondering if the calories per oz includes the bones or not?

I weigh bone-in and then weigh the bone afterwards, and subtract the bone weight from what I log.

Assuming you aren't bringing your scale to the barbecue ;) I'd say check the USDA site for how many calorie in bone in pork ribs. Then you'll need to factor in any sauce that might be used on them. Make your closest approximation, log it, and enjoy the day!!
