Incorporating JM workouts into my routine

I recently started Jillian Michael's Killer Buns and Thighs workout. I just need some advice as to how I can include the DVD with my workout. My usual gym routine consists of running, stairmaster and some ab work. I don't really have the time to do both the DVD and go to the gym everyday. How can I switch up and get the results from the DVD without doing it everyday?
