Macros Hit. Calories way over.

I know that some of the foods around MFP are kinda off. Which gives me a little inaccuracy at the end of the day. I`m ok with that, because generally i can even it out. But what do you do when your calories are way over? Ive a few foods that i just started using that just has calories and no macros. Such as a Pre workout supplement. It has something like 33 calories per scoop. So at the end of the day. Like today. I`ve 15-20+ Carbs left over. When I hit my Protein and Fats requirements and also my Calorie goal. I would always leave about 3 carbs or so to hit my calories. But 15-20+ is a big deal. Any advice please?

    You may have to make some food entries yourself, based on the packaging on your preworkout supplement or whatever you are using. Some of the entries in the database are terrible. Once you're sure that all the entries you are using are correct, then reevaluate.

    I cannot fathom how not hitting your carb goal by 20 grams is worth worrying about if you're just a regular dude. Please enlighten me?

    The world is not perfect. You will not perfectly hit your macros & calories every single day. Make peace with that & your life will be much easier.

    Cut out the supplements and stick to eating food. You'll save money and you'll get far better nutrition.

    15 to 20 carbs is 60- 80 calories most people are off by that much everyday I know I am everyday.
