Cooking from scratch is great, but it's hard to find the time. Enter the pressure cooker! It cooks meals that can take hours in a fraction of the time, and can make cheap cuts of meat come out tender and delicious, saving money.

I use an electric pressure cooker, but people with stovetop models can join too.

There was a recent Amazon "Prime Day" special on Instapot electric pressure cookers, and maybe some of you picked one up at that point. If so, come join to share ideas and recipes.

I use a pressure cooker and have for a while, but I am not confident enough to call myself an expert. I hope a couple of pressure cooker gurus will join as well!
