I'm new to the forum. I would love new friends. I am 45 and would like to lose 30 pounds.

I'm a crafter and Educational Specialist credential student. I taught high school for four years.

My two main goals are stretching everyday and keeping track of all food and exercise regardless
of how my daily calorie count.

I'm trying to eat healthy, but it difficult because I don't really like veggies. But I must, I must, I must eat my veggies!!
