Hello my name is Christian and I am new to MFP. My goal is to lose 40lbs within 1 year. I am fairly active doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 3x a week. I met with a nutritionist and was told I am not eating enough. I was only eating 1200 Cals a day and was told that I needed to be eating around 2200. I have been struggling trying to get that many cals a day. Im just not that hungry. Any ideas would be helpful.

You need to eat more than 1200, 1500 calories is the minimum recommended for men . You need to fuel your workouts!
