Need to refocus

I lost 27 pounds earlier this summer but got distracted and fell back into bad habits. How can I pull myself out of the rut that I'm in and get motivated again?

    Only you can motivate yourself, but think about how good it felt to lose the 27 lbs. I'm a life long yoyo dieter. I can lose weight on any diet but keeping it off is the thing I'm focused on this time.

    Thanks. I didn't find it that hard to lose the weight, it's the keeping it off that I struggle with. Bad habits come back so easily. But it did feel good to lose so much. I have a lot more to lose so I have to get back into it.
