As I start my wt loss journey, I thought I would miss "food." Idk. It's really weird. I thought I would. But reality is, I don't. I don't have cravings or anything. I guess because this "diet" turned into a mere "cut-back."
So i find myself now asking myself "self what in the heck took you so long to understand this beautiful thing called "cutting-back?" Oh what a wonder

    I totally understand what you mean, it's as simple as just not having the excess food around... you know? For me, I stopped craving food that I could not immediately get. Then after a while, the cravings just disappeared, and I simply don't miss it. Just like you. :)
