Hi I'm Denise, I live in Plymouth, Devon am just about to start on my weight loss journey with the help of Plymouth weight management team, I have fibromyalgia, arthritis amongst other health problems, taking too much medication, struggling with all activities even just getting out of bed. I'm looking to improve my knowledge in health and fitness and get the most out of my life and aiming to get my mojo back. Looking forward to seeing and reeping the benefits.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia (I'm still not sure if this it was a correct diagnosis or not) and I have arthritis. 49 days ago I couldn't walk down my driveway and back, today I am walking 2 to 3 miles 3 to 4 times a week.
