hi guys,
been a while since i posted (my bad!! new job, ankle injuries etc had me off track for a few months but im back on it again and pleased to say already 5lb off ) anyway, just wondering if anyone has tried grenade fat burners before? im using them more for energy at the moment as i am working long shifts, and they give me a good caffeine buzz, however they are meant to be "fat burners" and although thats not why im using them, it would certainly be an added bonus if they helped!! wanting to know anyones experiences with them?

thanks for your input, however as i said, my primary use for them is for the caffeine boost rather than for any fat burning properties, however if they actually helped, thats gotta be a plus. your post is not helpful in any way,0 -
I see this is an old post, but came across it when searching for info on these pills! OP, did you keep taking them?
I had a sample pack of them recently. I took it before I exercised, and it definitely gave me more energy. When I ran out, I could tell the difference, couldn't work out as hard! Although looking at the ingredients I would assume it would only burn fat because you are moving more due in increased energy! Fine by me though! lol0
