Getting Back on Track After Two Weeks of Travel *Advice Needed*

Hey everyone! So I've been on travel for business and staying in a hotel for the past two weeks. I'll admit, I didn't have proper planning and my room only had a microwave. So I was hitting the continental breakfast muffins, fruit and yogurt and then lunch and dinner I would normally eat out (I have a better idea of what to do next time). Anyways...

What are some really good foods I should eat as soon as I get back home. I tend to have a fairly healthy diet when I'm at home but for the next few days, what are some foods that will give me plenty of energy and fill me up? Or if you have some sort of meal plan?

I can just see it now... I go home and attempt to just go back to eating healthy and my body is like GIVE ME THAT SUGAR AND JUNK YOU GAVE ME A FEW DAYS AGO!!!! And I cave in order to avoid a headache (which I'm super prone to).

I'm just scared of going back home, coming off of bad eating habits for two weeks and knowing how my body reacts-- and when I'm busy, my go-to's are lots of caffeine (with sugar), long naps (which interrupt my productivity).

I guess I'm just looking for advice on the best things to eat after this kind of thing. Or just advice on how to get through something like this :smiley:

    Mind over matter...Adjust gradually. You don't want to shock your system. Take a day to unwind and the next day make it a fresh start, hit the ground running positively.

    Just go back to normal. No plan or special foods needed. It's really not a difficult decision

    My body will react negatively the first day, which is why I'm so worried.
