Hey everybody!

I recently just started a new fitness program that has actually shown some slow results in just the first 3 weeks. I would love to meet some people who are looking for motivation as well so we can push each other to reach our goals! :smiley:

Any tips you guys use to keep yourself on track and to stop yourself from cheating? I find that cheating on my diet is the hardest part for me :(
