Hey everybody!
I recently just started a new fitness program that has actually shown some slow results in just the first 3 weeks. I would love to meet some people who are looking for motivation as well so we can push each other to reach our goals!
Any tips you guys use to keep yourself on track and to stop yourself from cheating? I find that cheating on my diet is the hardest part for me
