Finally (relatively) injury free, I've upped my workout intensity in the last six months, and adjusted my diet for higher protein / lower carbs. My nutritionist has taken body fat measurements (calipers) three times, the latest today:

March 4 = 14% @ 176 lbs
June 10 = 12% @ 178 lbs
August 12 = 11% @ 180 lbs

So how'm I doing? (Seriously!)
