Stuck in a rut

I've lost 45 lbs since January but this last two months I've been eating to much sweets. Need someone motivation got 35 more to loose.

    First off, congrats on your weight loss. 45 lbs is and awesome achievement. Be very proud of yourself!!

    Sweets are tricky lol. I like the fiber one/protein bars to satisfy my sweet tooth. I'm usually over on my sugar if I eat one of these bars because I'm eating fruit as well. Fruit is no comparison to a piece of chocolate so I don't worry about it too much. I pick my meals with a lot of thought when it comes to bad sugars. If I know I'm having cake after dinner, I don't eat waffles for breakfast and peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch. lol Pre planning helps a lot.

    Hi everyone I just joined this new app for my self and to support my loved ones I think this is such a great idea I am actually a health coach so seeing the support here makes me happy .as far as being in a rut there are a few things I have my people do and that is to change up there routine a bit and the idea of protein bars can not only help you with your sweet tooth but the added protein can help you go after stubborn fat because you will have more muscle to burn fat in
