Vegans I need your advice!

If a product "may be processed in a facility that produces eggs" would you still eat it? The ingredient list does not contain animal or animal by-products. Only "may contain"... Thanks!!

I think it depends on your motives as a vegan. I do it just because I feel better and healthier eating that way so I would probably eat it because the ethical side of veganism isn't really important to me. But if you have a cause whether it be not killing animals or the environment or something, you have to decide whether youre okay or not okay with it!

Yes. I still see it as making a good choice.

If you are a vegan, which is an ethical standpoint, then you should be eating wholesome ie unprocessed products, eg whole grains, fresh fruits and veg. None of these will have come from a general food factory. Good quality soy products will come from a specialist 'kitchen' not a processor.
If you are simply toying with excluding food groups in the hope that you will miraculously lose weight - then dream on. The best way to lose weight is by eating as balanced and natural a diet as possible. With or without meat. With or without dairy. But if you exclude meat and dairy you will have to make sure you are including adequate protein and fats. Pure protein should be at least 10% or your diet. (Forget the .85g/lb that's an average not a minimum)
But it's entirely up to you. It's your choice. Experiment and stick with what works for you.
