For people who don't like working out but do it anyways

Let's be honest, some of us just can't fall in love with the idea of exercise. And I am definitely one of those people.
I still exercise around 4-5 times a week but I just get so jealous of people who actually enjoy it! I hear all the time that you just have to find something you like but I can't!
Usually I run on the treadmill or I take different classes at my gym to keep me a little interested. I like hiking but live in Arizona and I'm not about to hike in 105 degree heat!
Anyways, for the people who don't particularly enjoy exercise, what do you do to work out/get in the midset of exercising? How often do you exercise?

I was say that the vast majority of people don't enjoy working out overall. If you could get fit without killing yourself in the gym then almost no one would work out.
The secret is making it a routine; a normal part of your day. Like brushing your teeth (no one enjoys that either).0 -
I don't like working out, but I have renewed my rec centre membership every year since I decided I not only needed to lose weigh I needed to get fit too. 2008.
Depending on the time of year I do between 4-9 hrs a week.
I do a variety of things as I don't love, or even like most.
I aim for tolerance and amusement. I need a fun factor even when lifting.
What keeps me going- the things I can do because I have kept working out.
Learning to swim and doing Aqua fit- swimming in the Caribbean Sea and not being afraid to drop over the side of a sailboat to snorkel in the middle of the sea.
Progressively improving my strength over the years- Rappelling down waterfalls. Climbing mountains, zip lining, throwing my 6yo grandson around like a giggling feather.
Belly dancing, Zumba and Pilates- Let's me dance until dawn or spend the day hiking ancient ruins.
Think of what going to the gym can do for you now and in 10, 20, 30, 40, 50+ years.
Well worth an hour a day- what an investment!

I've never been to a gym, you don't need to go to a gym to exercise and I think a lot of people don't realise that. I would never have the confidence to exercise infront of people in classes either so found workouts on You tube to do at home. I also go walking everyday. I don't always feel like doing it, but once I get started and those endorphins flow I feel great, so I always try remind myself of this.1

As above, I don't exercise, I train. It's all about the racing.
fwiw training gives me headspace, an opportunity to relax and get some time on my own after work.
