Hello MFP community

I started my journey back in January. When I started I was 252.5lbs. Since changing my eating habits, and doing Turbo Fire, I've lost 46lbs and am down to 206lbs (my lowest weight since high school). I"m having a tough time trying to balance eating enough and my exercise (TF, riding my bike to work four times a week, and a physical job). All I'm doing right now is maintaining. So I joined the site to get helpful tips on how to get my weight loss back on track.

If anyone has any ideas, that would be awesome. I wish all of you luck in your weight loss journey. Keep up the great work, and keep pressing play! And anyone can feel free to add me.

    Looks like you've had a lot of success, congrats.

    I suggest reading the forums. I've learned a lot that way.
