How on Earth I can calculate that?

I am making broth for dinner. Traditional polish broth with noodles.
I put in a pot chicken, bones, lots of veg and simmer for at least two hours. And then I only consume the liquid.
Seems impossible to calculate calories in this. Any ideas on how to best estimate?

I would probably use this entry: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/chicken-stock-boiled-carcase-juice-home-prepared-usda-06172-complete-data-327031705?v2=false
It might not be 100% accurate but would probably be close enough.1 -
