Hi there, I work full time. I would usually do 8000 steps a day plus ride 12km (to work and back) or take public transport and do 10,000 steps.
I have started doing Pump on Sundays which I really like and I would like add a second class but I really think it's too hard during the week. Tiring job, single parent, yada yada.... I reckon I would not make it.
Is it worth trying to do a class on Saturdays as well as Sundays? The issue being, is it worthwhile to do the class two days in a row then have 5 days off.
I was pretty sore after restarting last week but I think that will improve quickly as I am not nearly as sore as when I started last time.

it's basically a cardio class so I don't see the harm.0
