Visiting and there's no artificial sweetener for oatmeal. Used sugar. Only 15 can per tsp. I can live with that and it tastes better. Wonder why I've avoided it so fervently.

My guess? Because you've heard a bit of fearmongering regarding sugar. Now that you see how many Cals are in one tsp, you can move forward and make an educated choice regarding whether or not the Calories are worth it.2
