Hello! Getting serious about my food intake & Macros

I went to the gym yesterday to do a Crossfit workout. I dI'd sufficiently nine, but during and by the end I felt as if I was going to throw up. By 3 pm yesterday I had only ate 640 cals, and I was barely hydrated at all.

I know it is time to get serious about getting a handle on my food intake and Macros. Who's with me!?

    Hi Patrick I've just left my gym and going solo (cost me a fortune)so I've upped my game now, done loads of research into macros, fueling for workouts etc! I'm actually enjoying eating for first tiime in years!!
