Have a sedentary lifestyle. Went on a 24 minute walk in a country park/woods. Used endomondo and burnt 110. I don't log normal walking such as walking around town once a week as it's part of my normal routine but I don't go walking in the woods often.

I would log it if it's not part of your usual routine

Yup... I also think you should log it... if you have sedentary marked as your activity level than any form of exercise you do should be counted

Log it but only eat back 1/2 the calories MFP gives you. or even less.

I'm over 2 years into my Weight Loss Journey and still log my walks.

    Yes yes yes!

If not for any other reason then to see your progress. I started counting calories to lose weight 50 days ago. I'm very overweight and when I started I couldn't walk to my car without huffing and puffing. Today I just walked a 3 mile moderate trail in the national park. I'm not sure if there is a "walkers high" but I'm feeling pretty proud right now.

I do not eat back my calories YET because I have plenty of fat storage to fuel my body. If I start feeling tired I will re examine.

    You've got this!
