Lightly active vs active

I don't know what to put for my activity level. Friends and family tell me I'm very active, but I don't feel like I do that much so I would love some input. I walk every morning with my dog for about 45-60 minutes. During the week I go to the gym on my lunch break for 45 Mintues doing cardio (running 3x week and either bike or elliptical the other two) and at night after work I will walk for about an hour either at home or the gym. On Saturdays I will go on a long walk (usually 10,000+steps) and then Sunday is my rest day. My average step count is about 20,000 a day.

I would count all that as exercise personally, not activity level.
Or count the walking in your activity level, then log the gym separately.0 -
I would say that's very active ☺0

If you don't know and I can't say...all that is great but if sit around at work and on the times in between your workouts you are light active in my opinion. Furthermore always go the hard path, the difference in calories between one and the other is about 200 calories. Choose light active and challenge yourself.0
