HI! New to forums but not to the app

I'm tired of struggling to lose weight and yo-yoing. I have trouble finding people to work out with even with a YMCA membership. If nothing else I want to make an effort to share my food diary here to keep myself on my weight loss goal. I aim for about 1,200 calories per day, and I eat more calories depending on what exercise I do. I'm currently 156 lbs at 5'4". My goal is to be 130 lbs, which was my healthiest weight (and the weight that I fit into my favorite clothes).
I'm looking forwards to talking to people on here! :)
