Does sassy water really works in weight loss? Any side effects ( if you tried)?

    Only consuming less calories, than you burn'll cause you; to lose fat. All that water'll do is cause you to lose water, which you'll gain right back; when you hydrate yourself/no longer drinking it.

    It looks like it's just water with some natural mild diuretics added? It might force your body to drop some water weight, but it won't be fat loss.
