Weight Watcher Member

Hi Everyone

I did Weight Watchers many years ago and lost a lot of weight. Over the years it slowly came back on. I just joined Weight Watchers again about 3 months ago and have lost about 40 Lbs so far. Like to loose another 100 lbs.

WW is a little on the pricey side so I decided to try My Fitness Pal. I like it so far. Logging is not that much different and I do like having more details about the nutrition. I will continue the WW meetings for Aug and then try a few months on just this system.

Any suggestions for someone coming from WW?
