Hi there. I'm 23. I'm 4'11 and currently weighing 139lbs. My goal is to get to 115. I've tried everything to lose weight. Master Cleanse, being vegetarian, cutting out soda. But nothing seems to work. I just started this 1,200 calories a day thing 3 days ago and working out for an hour. How long will it take for me to start seeing results? What foods can I eat to help me feel more full? How much exercise should I be doing a day?
Help! I'm frustrated

If you're logging everything as accurately as possible, you'll start seeing results. As stated above, give yourself some time before you make adjustments. Many people find that fat, fiber, and/or protein will keep them full. As for exercise, you don't have to do any to lose weight. Do something that you find you enjoy. Cardio (for heart health, though it can also help with your deficit) and strength training (to preserve muscle mass as you lose) are both great. Just make sure you give yourself a rest day if you feel you need it.0
