Stomach

I eat really healthy and workout and also do cardio. I have lost 154lbs still got 21lbs more to go. Ive started running outside of the gym recently but still got some in my stomach i need to shed. Will the runnng help me shed that? Also gonna start back doing more planks. Any help would be appreciated and feel free to add me if you like. Thanks.

    Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce, and for many the stomach is the last bit to go. That's a really impressive loss so far!

    Congrats on your loss, that's so impressive and inspiring to read.

    I'm at my last 5 kilos. My muscles are visual but I still have a flabby tummy. Even though my upper abs are already showing. The lover tummy is my problem area like with everyone else but we can correct that with the right diet.

    Abs are made in the kitchen ;)
