Lose the gut and get toned

So I've started a 30 day challenge of reducing my gut and toning up. I am reducing my meal size, trying to get the 5 a day, drinking lots of water and doing at least 10 minutes of exercise per day. The tricky part will be returning to work. I never eat breakfast, rarly lunch and didn't drink much water but more red bull. When I'd return home my dinner would be large and of any rubbish with snacking thoughout the evening too. I guess it comes down to mind over matter and dedication. Let's see!!
