Hi,
Does anybody do 5:2 and use MFP to track your intake? If so how did you calculate your calories on your non fast days? x

    Eat at maintenance on the other 5 non fasting days.

    I don't do the 5:2, but the 16:8. I track everything just as usual staying within my calories. Being that you would have 500 calories for those days, MFP won't let you close out your diary, so just log it and move onto the next day.

    Fasting for 16 hours and eat my calories within the remaining 8. It's a different plan of IF.
