Hello,
I am tired of my mind thinking I can still do the things I could do when I was 75lbs lighter and a lot younger...lol. I need to lose weight now and my mind is set. Anybody in my area couples included that wish to do the same please add me. My wife and I are trying this for the first time. Good luck to you all and together anything is possible!!

    Ok I got no comments from anyone living in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland so let me try again. Anybody in Newfoundland couples included that wish to do the same please add me. My wife and I are trying this for the first time. I have 75lbs to lose and she has 40. We are animal lovers and family oriented and would enjoy some inspirational stories of success or feedback from real people going through this journey now or who have experiences they would like to share.
