In a month, I lost a half inch from my bust, an inch and a half each from my waist and hips, and three quarters of an inch per calf, but gained a half inch on my thigh and a quarter inch on both forearms... so that answer is all over the place. Lol0

Weight's just part of what the app tracks. Ignore that particular measurement if you want Posting a screenshot was just the easiest way for me to respond to your question1

Today I weigh 151.5 lbs. Last time I took measurements I believe I weighed 154.
My chest is 1.5" smaller. My thigh is .5" smaller. My arm is .5 smaller. Nothing else changed from last time.0 -

5'10", 197 lbs as of last week, 38-31.5-41, calves 15, upper thigh 22, too hard to measure arm by myself.
I'm -1, -1/2, -1 inches since two weeks ago, but my weight hasn't really changed since three weeks ago. I'm a weekly weigher, so maybe this week's WI has a surprise for me. Or maybe I just screwed up when I measured last time.
However, I do have measurements from when I weighed 230 lbs, and I am -5, -5, and -7 in my bust/waist/hips since then (beginning of April).
Down a lot from somewhere in the neighborhood of 58-56-65 when I first started.1 -
The stats for what I'm measuring now:
Neck: 16 [down from 18]
Waist: 45 [down from 52]
Hips: 48 [down from 54]
Arm: 16 [up from 14]
Weight: 299 [down from 365]
Height: 6'0"0 -
Heh, I still have all of mine from my progress over the years when I bothered taping, and just did one today for the first time in years. The one from 2013 was right before I said "screw this noise" at 189 lbs., and went into maintenance mode for three years. It stayed about the same until this past December when I decided to go into one final hard cut before resuming weightlifting, which I just did last week.

I ended up taking my measurements with Fitstream's help and got this:
Body fat percentage is based off of a formula that calculates it using metric measurements, which is supposed to be fairly accurate.0
