I just started using MFP and LOVE IT!! Wondering if when entering strength training if calories are added like with cardio. Thanks.

Unfortunately not. But you can enter strength training into the cardiovascular heading and then it will allow you to "add" calories but it's a roundabout guess by the system.

Strength training doesn't really burn a whole lot of calories...it does however raise your metabolism for the rest of the day repairing your muscles0
