Hey!
Started this a couple years back, did really well and fell off track... somehow ended up at my start weight again![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
But I am back at it, going gym and walking. Drinking more water and cutting out as much sugar as I can.
