Newbie

Hi,

I've been trying to lose weight since October, lost about 8 lbs, but gained it all back. I started tracking calories on my own and was doing okay but thought perhaps I was eating too much fat so I decided to join MFP because it's easier than manually tracking the calories and fat. I'm very far from a healthy weight. I'm a bit of an emotional eater and have some health issues so I've got a couple of things against me. But I'm hoping to lose something at least.
