Exercise to help back fat?!

I've lost over a stone now and I can see a difference everywhere but my back like back side fat. It just won't budge. Which exercise would focus more on that area. I do yoga, still doing c25k, and sit up, pushup etc. Thanks

Choosing where on your body to lose fat from is just like trying to use fuel from a certain part of your petrol tank while driving - impossible!
You can target the muscles in certain areas but they won't be revealed until you get to goal weight.
Lat pull downs and oblique exercises such as cable twists, single dumbbell side bends for example.5 -
You can't target where to loose fat but for toning, after sit ups you can lie or your stomach, legs together and straight, lift your legs and hold, repeat in reps. You can also add in chest lifts with it too, keep your hands under your chin.0
