Hello All, I have been using this app since July 21st and still on the same weight. I exercise daily and eat in small portions drink loads of water but still 68 kgs. Any advice what to do to reach 60 kgs? By the way I already lost 15 kgs over the span of 1.5 years. New friends are welcome to add me for motivation! I am from Egypt and I reside in Abu Dhabi.

I think semantics matter. The App doesn't work for us - we work for it. The app simply does what we tell it. Any amount of work happens between the ears. My advice? don't 'reach a goal'. Approach this like 'This is the new me, forever. I strive for fitness, health.' With that approach, the numbers-lost will take care of themselves.

Truth in lending, I'm still fat - but I believe in the process.

Hello @DetroitDarin thank you for taking the time to respond. That's exactly what I'm doing. I've started this new lifestyle in December 2014 and I lost 15 kilos since then with a new outlook on life. But I am wondering why have I stopped losing weight even though I am doing all sorts of healthy stuff. With my character it's hard to move forward without a goal, my goal is to get rid of those extra 8 kilos but now I don't know how.

Did you take your starting measurements - waist, hips, thigh, calf, arm? I started about 3 weeks ago and lost 3 pounds the first week, then nothing the second and nothing the third. I was honestly considering quitting, but I checked my measurments and lost 1.5 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my hips, 1 inch from my thigh, and a half inch from both my arm and my calf. The scale sometimes lies - if you are building muscle, you might be getting smaller but your weight is not changing. You have to look for Non Scale Victories, and eventually the scale will move if you are keeping up with your exercise and keeping your calories within the goal.

Hi @LynnBBQ72 thank you for your comment it gave me hope. No I didn't take measurements but I used to go to a centre where they did. I will take my measurements now and pay them a visit to see the difference. Yes! Non-scale victories I like that. And congratulations for losing those inches great job! I will keep you posted.
